QuickBooks Data File Archiving
Removing Transactions from Selected Fiscal Years

November 20, 1:00 Eastern
November 26, 1:00 Eastern

Title: QuickBooks Data File Archiving (Removing Transactions from Selected Fiscal Years)

Description: Data File Archiving is the removal of selected transactions, usually based on the financial period in which the transactions are dated. For example, if the file contains transactions dated from January 2002 through the present, the client may choose to archive (i.e., remove) just the data dated 2002-2005. Archiving (removing) data from the QuickBooks data file will significantly reduce the size of your data file and will probably increase QuickBooks performance, especially when running reports and when using QuickBooks in a multi-user environment. Smaller files are also easier to manage, especially when you need to send copies of your data to QuickBooks consultants and/or tax preparers. The most compelling benefit is the increase in QuickBooks performance. The course materials for this Webinar include step by step data archiving procedures as well as pre-engagement strategies and post-engagement strategies. Bonus: Attendees receive a data archiving engagement letter template.

Duration: 1.5 Hours    Fee: $30.00    Difficulty Level: Intermediate     CPE: We do not offer CPE credits for this event.
